I purchased your service agreement. S&R have done the furnace and air conditioner maintenance and replacement. They have also installed and repaired kitchen appliances and installed a thermostat. The old system was not installed properly. Rob and his crew pulled everything out, and not only made it functional, but it looks nice, too. A new furnace that is energy efficient was installed, along with new duct work to properly move the air throughout the house. A new, very efficient A/C unit was installed to match the furnace, with new lines and house connections. And a new water heater was installed that directly vented outside, to eliminate the chimney issue. Rob also moved some of the return vents for better cooling, plus spent a lot of time showing us how to run the system for the best results. He and his crew took care of everything—even filling out the rebate paperwork. Rob did a very thorough evaluation of the problems before giving us a quote. He spent a lot of time to be sure we understood all the issues, and how his solution would fix everything. He even recommended a duct cleaning business that gave us a discount and did a super job! Rob, Scott, and crew showed up promptly as scheduled and took special care to keep the area clean, plus they were very friendly and easy to talk to. There were very few surprises, as Rob did a good evaluation up front. Anything that come up, like the hole in the floor under the equipment, was taken care of properly and without additional charge. Any concerns on my part were quickly addressed, and quite frankly they took care of a lot of small things I missed. I cannot stress enough how thorough these folks are in what they do. The furnace is in straight, all the joints are taped, the pipes are formed well, the metal work is not bent up or dented, the water heater sits level and does not rock—and it’s the same with the A/C unit. It looks super, and works better! Rob is very knowledgeable and looks out for your best interest. He wants to put in the best system, in the best manner, so you do not have to worry about it. He also backs it up with a super warranty.
